Inarú meets her Titi Lene

Inarú has met her Titi Lene! That's my sister Darlene with her.


And here's one with Michael, too, my sister's boyfriend:

We had a great time, but Inarú really got a kick out of it. She was held the whole weekend! And she just loves to be held. In fact, now I'm the one who has a hard time this week, because she doesn't want to be put down. Her trademark is sleeping on top of you. She'll sleep 4 hours straight in this fashion, but just try to put her in her bed, and she'll be up in 10 minutes, screaming to be picked up and cuddled. At which point she'll go back to sleep. Frustrating.

I'm really glad Inarú got to spend time with one of her Titis (Titi is aunt in Spanish, a variation of Tia), now she has only 2 more Aunts and 2 more Uncles to meet. Hopefully, she'll be meeting Titi Rosie soon (no pressure there : P ). And Great Aunt Damaris is working on getting to meet her too. I got a kick out of watching my little sister staring at her niece, like she couldn't stop looking at her. And I know exactly how she feels, because even though I see her every day all day, sometimes I just stare at her too. I find her so fascinating, even when she's sleeping.
